Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey completed May 18, 2023, Assisting Angels Home Care, llc, was found to have corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced onsite State Re-licensure survey completed March 29, 2023.
